In late September 2008, The Idiot, Secretary of the Treasury Henry (Hank) Paulson, Jr., appeared hat in hand before congress to beg for a $700,000,000,000 taxpayer bail out for his Wall Street and Financial sector buddys. He warned that financial ruin was imminent if the bail-out was not rammed through immediately !!! The miracle pill failed once in the House, so the Senate took it, added another $150,000,000,000 in porcine embellishments, and it passed !! Thanks primarily to republican turncoats. The lying democrats, pardon the redundancy, were allowed by their Speakerette of the House to vote "nay" without future punishment.
Yesterday, the idiot, spoke again and like Oliver asking for MORE.
For crying out loud for the amounts they are talking about (Breaking news: Now the democrats are wanting to spend $500,000,000,000 to $700,000,000,000 MORE!!) they could write checks for every man, woman, and child in the United States for almost $4,000,000,000 EACH!!
The shame of it is: WE JUST HAD AN ELECTION AND SENT MOST OF THE BASTARDS BACK !!

The single Biggest reason "we" are bailiong out the auto industry....ok except Ford, is we can, and government Loves making others beholden to them once they get a hook in your Jaw....just look at the National Deficit, and the Debt...congress, (it's the Branch that writes all those Big Checks) has the power to hand money to whom ever holds out a hand and jumps through enough Hoops, ...just park your Corporate Jets discretely please, the whole concept the Left is selling us, that free markets failed us is more folly, and Pure Lies, the fannie and freddie Debacle wasnt even close to a free market, the US Government controls over half the nations Reat Estate....more now that barny frank and chriss dodd screwed it all up, ....now we are going to turn around and let those who crashed us into a pole, fix the bus......Pure Insanity
ReplyDeletewhile we are on this, I am really supprized more people are not Outraged at the 60 minutes interview between Leslie Stahl and barney frank, when frank admitted the "democrats" he, chris dodd, and others knew that fannie and freddie were in trouble yet they (the democrats) had much more to gain cleaning it up and "fixing" it, than warning us.......if that isnt criminal I dont know what, sad thing is, the democrats are now in control, and an investigation will NEVER happen.
